Cheesy Burgers

Bring to a boil;
3 c. water
2 vegetable bouillon cubes

Add, cover and simmer on low 5 minutes stirring frequently;
3 c. TVP (crumbles)

Remove from heat and add;
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. minced garlic
2 T. tahini
1/2 t. onion powder
1/2 t. cumin
2 t. ground sage
1/4 c. vegetable oil
4-6 NYF (nutritional yeast flakes)

Keep covered, let set another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Separately, measure into bread machine or dough mixer;
1 c. vital wheat gluten

Add TVP mixture mixer and mix 10 minutes.
Make into patties and bake at 450’ on a lightly oiled or sprayed sheet tray for
12 - 15 minutes each side.
