 Homemade Tahini

2 c. sesame seeds
Pour the seeds into a large sauté pan or sauce pot. With a high heat, shake or stir 
constantly until seeds are lightly toasted, about 8 minutes.
Pour seeds into your food processor and add; 
1/4 c. vegetable oil 
process scraping down sides until you have a fine paste, add a small amount of 
water or extra oil if necessary. Refrigerate in a sealed container.
