Porkless Chops

Bring to a boil;
1 3/4 c. water
1 vegetable bouillon cube
1/4 t. black pepper
1 T. browning sauce
1 T. parsley
1/2 t. ground sage
1/4 c. raw cashews ground fine

Add;
2 c. TVP or chunks (if using chunks, reduce water by 1/2 c.)
Remove from heat, cover and let sit for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in;

2 1/4 c cold water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Place in freezer for about 10-15 minutes to cool.

Measure into bread machine or dough mixer and mix 1 minuite to combine;
3/4 c. vital wheat gluten
1 c. falafel mix (Fantastic Foods brand)

Add TVP mixture and mix 10 minutes. Add up to 1/4 c. cold water if needed.
Make into patties and bake @ 450’ on a lightly oiled or sprayed sheet tray for
12 - 15 minutes each side.
